At Sikligar Arts, every item is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return requests must include:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Images of the outer packaging
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Minor variations in color or design due to handcrafted workmanship
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
3. Refunds
- Returned items will be inspected before refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
6. International Orders
- International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except for transit damage.
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
7. Processing Time
Return requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Replacements, if applicable, will be dispatched after approval.
