At Sikligar Arts, every item is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return requests must include:
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Images of the outer packaging
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Minor variations in color or design due to handcrafted workmanship
• Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

3. Refunds

• Returned items will be inspected before refund approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

6. International Orders

• International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except for transit damage.
• Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

7. Processing Time

Return requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Replacements, if applicable, will be dispatched after approval.
