• All products are handcrafted decorative items.
• Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
• Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.

2. Shipping Locations

• We ship across India.
• International shipping is also available.
• International delivery timelines depend on destination and customs.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Package weight and dimensions
• Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International: 10–21 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs procedures.

5. Packaging & Handling

• All items are securely packed using protective materials to prevent damage.
• Swords, daggers, and artifacts are shipped strictly as decorative and collectible items only.

6. Order Tracking

• Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
• Customers are advised to track shipments regularly.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos of the product and outer packaging are required.
• While courier-related issues are beyond our control, we will assist in claim processes wherever possible.

8. Incorrect Address

• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
• Sikligar Arts is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

9. Legal & Compliance Notice

• Some regions may have restrictions on importing decorative weapons.
• Customers must ensure compliance with local laws before placing an order.
• Sikligar Arts is not liable for customs confiscation or delays.
